How long have you been shooting events? I have been shooting events since 2003.

What kind of camera do you use? I use Professional series Canon digitals.
How many cameras will you have at my event? I always have at least two cameras for evets. Having two cameras is extremely important as it gives me more flexibility in making images, and ensures that I always have a backup.
Do you shoot film or digital? Technology has advanced to a point where the quality of digital cameras now meets or exceeds comparable film cameras. That aspect, coupled with the speed in processing of digital means that I shoot digital capture for the vast majority of my work. However, if you do need your particular event captured on film, I do have professional film equipment available.
How many photos will you take at my event? This number will vary greatly depending on the size and duration of the event, so it’s hard to give an exact number. That said, my assistants and I do not put a limit on the number of images shot, we shoot whatever it takes to make sure that you have everything you want and need.
How do you charge for event photography? I typically charge by the hour for event coverage, and will make an exact estimate for you once I get all of the information for your particular assignment.
Can these images be used on my website and in publications? You want everyone to know how great your particular event was, so I include licensing for web and publication for of my event shoots. This includes your website, Facebook page and other social networking sites you may utilize.
Are you insured? Yes. I carry full liability insurance and can provide proof upon request.
When will my photos be available? I will have high resolution event photos online within 24 hours of the event. You will be able to download these proofs and/or order prints directly from your online gallery. We can also expedite DVD copies if needed. (Rush fees will apply.)
Are my images on your proofing website public or private? Your event images are always kept private and password protected. Your event gallery can be unlocked and made public upon request. Your gallery is also enabled to share across various social platforms if you need to promote your event.
How long will my event gallery be available? I typically keep galleries open for a year and can extend this timeframe upon request.
Will the images I order from you have a watermark on them? They will not. I keep the images protected with a watermark in my galleries, but any of the final image files or prints you receive/order will not have any watermark on them whatsoever.
Will you travel for event photography? I can go anywhere you want me to be. I am also available to travel nationally and internationally for events, just let me know what you need!
