Corporate Christmas Party Photographer

Well, fall in Texas is finally here. With that come a lot of amazing things. For instance, cooler temperatures, which probably is the best thing about fall to me, as Texas becomes a blast furnace during the summer. We were pretty dang lucky this year, but still it’s nice to know that things have cooled off. Soon the leaves will begin turning colors, we can fire up our chiminea, and all of the stores have Christmas merchandise out. Yes, you heard right. I said Christmas. Although the leaves have yet to start turning and falling, you will find everything you need for sale for December 25th. My wife was at Hobby Lobby and saw Christmas trees in September. So, yes, it certainly seems far away, especially with Thanksgiving still over a month off, but for many it is time to get their holiday plans underway. This is especially true with you are looking for a Christmas party photographer in Dallas.

As with most events, you do want to ensure that you hire a photographer in advance so that you can get the highest quality coverage possible and also make certain that they are available. As the holiday season comes upon us, dates will become even scarcer. Think about it, events happen all the time, but this really is the one time of year when all companies decide to hold the same exact type of event in a timespan of a few weeks. This would be the Christmas party, or holiday party depending on whom you are talking to. With that fact in mind, all types of vendors are going to book up really fast, from your favorite facility and caterer, to the band and Christmas corporate event photographer in Dallas. You don’t want to be the one that has to sit down and explain to your boss that everyone has already been booked, so its time to impress them and get everything taken care of. Plus then you look like a rock star, and that’s always a plus.

I’ve had my clients book me as their Christmas private event photographer in Dallas as early as July, so that they can move onto handling other projects and there isn’t a last-minute scramble to get things done. Down to the wire stress is never a good thing, especially when it comes to planning a party that you are planning on enjoying.

Now, at this point you may be saying to yourself, “Everyone seems to be getting ready for Christmas earlier and earlier each year, so why should I do my planning for December when I haven’t even enjoyed my turkey yet?” I do understand, but though it seems like advance planning is a modern trend, it really isn’t. According to Slate.com http://www.slate.com/articles/life/holidays/2013/11/does_christmas_shopping_start_earlier_every_year_nope_the_long_history_of.html

Christmas preparations, most notably shopping, have been beginning in the fall since the Victorian era. I found this surprising as well, but it is pretty interesting to see the history behind this, and how shopping earlier can even be considered a service to help retail employees not be as overworked when it comes down to crunch time. So really, you are a champion if you go ahead and do preparations now for your company’s holiday party, and you will be a winner of double gold for hiring your Dallas Holiday event photographer right away!

At the end of the day, having your end of year party for your company is about kicking back and celebrating the year that you have had, so make sure to book your Christmas party photographer in Dallas right away and move on to the more important things, like picking out your favorite Christmas sweater from the 90’s. I suggest the one that lights up.
