OUR PROCESS: WHAT TO EXPECT

INITIAL CONTACT

Once you’ve reached out, we can have a call to assess your needs, and make sure that our collaboration is a good fit for everyone.

PRE PRODUCTION

When we are underway, Jason will set up a production call to determine the best plan to tell your story through video in the most impactful way possible. We can help with everything from video storyboarding and script writing to casting the on-screen talent and voiceover talent you need. We will work through the logistics to keep things streamlined, and create a shot list and schedule that maximizes your deliverables. Communication is key for any successful project, and we strive to make sure our clients always are up to date on every step of the process.

LOCATION SCOUT

Scouting the location is critical to success, and is something that Jason prefers to do for his video shoots whenever possible. This is the time that you can iron out the logistics, as well as address any potential challenges, prior to the shoot day. Jason can walk the location with you, make adjustments and do all of the necessary planning to make sure that the shoot day rolls as smoothly as possible.

THE SHOOT DAY

This is the moment you’ve been waiting for! After all the planning and preparation, it’s time to do some great storytelling. Jason and his team will work with you to create the video footage and brand narrative that you’ve been looking for. Collaboration is a top priority, as his goal is to make sure that everything being produced exceeds your expectations. Jason is also known for bringing lots of fun and energy to set, which brings out the best in the people he’s directing. We are laser focused on creating amazing content that is on brand and on message, while making sure everyone has a great time throughout the process.

POST PRODUCTION

After we wrap shooting, typically in 1-2 weeks, you will be receiving your first cut of your video, where you can review and leave feedback. From there we will work with you to create your polished piece. Jason has an incredibly talented editing team that will take your story to the next level.
