Transwestern | The Tennyson

Transwestern is a family of companies that includes development projects, investment, real estate and opportunistic ventures. They are known and recognized for their long-held commitment to good people doing extraordinary things.

THE NEED

Transwestern’s need was this: photography and videography for their recent development, The Tennyson in Plano, Texas. We were tasked with creating architectural images with a dynamic human element for the purpose of marketing available lease spaces.

THE RESULTS

We showcased The Tennyson and its architectural beauty with every image and every video reel. Mixing wide and tighter images both inside and outdoors highlighted the various spaces available. Our carefully selected modeling talent hit all the high marks in the state of the art exercise facility, cafe and even the speakeasy!
