Our Process: What to Expect

Once you’ve gotten in touch with us, we can discuss via email or have a call to assess all of your needs, and make sure that our collaboration is a good fit for everyone.
Once the project is a go, Jason can set up a call with you to determine the best possible shoot plan. He will work with you to create an optimized schedule and shot list based on his shoot experience that makes sure you get the photography and videography you need, with a keen eye on safety. He can also give suggestions that ensure your team and/or facilities are as ready as possible on the shoot day. Communication is key for any successful project, and we make sure our clients are up to date every step of the way.
For larger-scale shoots, a location scout is something that Jason prefers to do to make sure you maximize the content produced on the shoot day. Jason will walk the location with you, determine what spots will be best from a creative standpoint, and iron out any preparation and safety needs before his team arrives on the day of your photo or video shoot. He can also do a remote scout through client-provided photo or video if a scout is not possible. We want to make sure that the shoot day rolls smoothly and safely for everyone!
After all the planning and prep work, it’s time to make amazing content that highlights your people, products and processes. Jason and his team will work with you to create the photography and videography that highlights the story and values of your company. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, and we work hard to make that happen. Jason is also known for putting people at ease. This brings out the best in the people he’s photographing and directing, especially if they aren’t used to being on camera. We will produce dynamic content that is on brand and on message, while making sure everyone has a great time during the process.
After we wrap the shoot, we will deliver your proofs via private online gallery, where you can select your favorite images for final retouching. This typically takes about 1-2 weeks. Jason has an incredibly talented team of retouchers that give the images the final polish, and he also reviews each image and makes additional adjustments as needed before final delivery.
