Our Process: What to Expect

Once you’ve reached out, we can have a call to assess your needs, and make sure that our collaboration is a good fit.

When we are underway, Jason will set up a production call to determine the best plan to create images that tell your story in the most creative way possible. We will work through the logistics to keep things streamlined, and can also create a shot list and schedule that maximizes your deliverables. Communication is key for any successful project, and we strive to make sure our clients always are up to date on every step of the process.

Scouting the location is critical to success, and is something that Jason prefers to do for his lifestyle shoots. This is the time that you can iron out the logistics, as well as address any potential challenges, prior to the shoot day. Jason will walk the location with you, and we can collaborate on approach, make adjustments and do all of the necessary planning to make sure that the shoot day rolls smoothly.

This is the fun part! After all the planning and preparation, it’s time to make something beautiful. Jason and his team will work on set with you to create the photography and videography that tells the story of your brand. Collaboration is a top priority, as his goal is to make sure that everything being produced exceeds your expectations. Jason is also known for bringing lots of fun and energy to set, which brings out the best in the people he’s photographing and directing. We are laser focused on creating amazing content that is on brand and on message, while having a great time doing it.

After we wrap shooting, typically in 1-2 weeks, you will be receiving your proof images via a private online gallery, where you will be able to select the images for final retouching. Jason has an incredibly talented team of retouchers that give the images the final polish, and he also reviews each image and makes additional adjustments as needed before final delivery.
