4 Reasons You Need Onsite Printing at Your Next Event

It has been my experience over the years as a Dallas event photographer that guests at an event love photo walls and photo booths. The chance to have photos taken with friends, colleagues or a significant other is not one that most will pass up. By offering prints to the guests at your event, you are creating something that will make the night prove unforgettable.

Here are four great reasons why you need to have onsite printing at your next corporate and/or private event.

1. Gives your guests a memento

Who doesn't love a memento? By having photos printed onsite, you give your guests a tangible memory to hold on to. Even as an Event photographer in Dallas, some of the most memorable things posted up on my office wall are prints from an event that I was at with my friends. Also, in the digital age, people are taking pictures but aren't having prints made like they used to. Just think of the hustle and bustle you used to see at the photo department in your local pharmacy. Now it is more akin to a ghost town. By providing a print, you are giving away a photograph that they can hold in their hands, which has become increasingly rare.

2. Promotes branding for your event and/or company

While a photograph is a great takeaway for guests, the other big advantage is in the branding.
