As legend would have it, photographer in Dallas Jason Kindig’s first words were “Nikon,” and the obsession only grew from there... Well, it didn’t exactly happen that way, but my first camera was an old manual Nikon film camera. I loved that sucker, light leaks and all. What’s funny is that my career really seemed to start as an accident.

So, after being asked to photograph new content for Smart Barre, I was excited! Fitness photography has such intensity to it, and great opportunities for moments and form. It also made for a nice change up from some of the other Dallas commercial photography that I had been doing at the time.

Your headshot is your first impression to potential employers, clients and potential customers. Corporate headshots are a big deal, and your Dallas corporate photographer is well aware of this fact. That may not sound remarkable, but then again, you probably didn’t realize this is the world’s most consumed liquor.

Yes I realize that the title has a bit of irony to it. After all, how do you create something that naturally occurs?

As a Dallas photographer, it is important to be able to understand light in all of its forms, and to really understand lighting in general, even with, nay especially with strobes, you have to understand natural light.
